My entire experience at this hotel has been amazing. The rooms are spacious, and the ones with balconies and sea views are absolutely gorgeous. While the bathrooms are basic and clean, they could use an upgrade. What truly enhances the stay is the staff, including the front desk, bell service, housekeeping, food and beverage, pool bar, and the friendly and hilarious pool guy. The breakfast is basic but better than what many hotels in the same class offer; however, it could benefit from more choices and variety. The beach is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience. Parking can be limited on weekends, so plan accordingly. Overall, this hotel has become my number one choice lately. Since discovering this place earlier this year, I’ve already stayed 3-4 times in just six months. To the manager of the hotel, kudos to your staff's excellent customer service, especially: Siti - Front Desk Jegan - Pool Service Mira - F&B + Pool Bar Mohan - F&B + Pool Bar Aulia - F&B + Pool Bar Shah - Bell Service Sweet Indian sister in housekeeping (sorry, I didn’t catch your name) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything! Our room, the facilities and common spaces are all well-maintained and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful (eg when I asked for directions and recommendations). Everyone was courteous, made us feel welcomed and we were able to watch the Wimbledon final in the hotel bar (thanks Kristina!). Our room's seaview was amazing, the room itself was very spacious and comfortable (especially the wide bed). The cleaning service was excellent. The swimming pool was big, nice to swim in and well-kept; it was evident that the staff went to great lengths to ensure it was consistently cleaned. Behind the pool area guests have direct access to a beach, which is also a great option for walks, swimming and watching sunsets. Very decent breakfast choices.

Beautiful hotel and pool area. Everything working very well. The hotel is directly at the beach. I had a beautiful big room with balcony and ocean view, very clean, very good bed. I really enjoyed my one week stay and I am planning to come back in the future. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Vincent and Miss Vithra from reception who helped me with my phone. I am really thankful to Miss Vithra and her exceptional patience, same to the bell boys who gave me so good advice because prepaid Digi and Maxi's telephone cards are often recycled and then it is not possible to use Grab Taxis.
